Currently we are accept only COD, But in future we will accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Yes! With our Order & Pick Up option, you can collect items directly from the vendor’s location. If your order includes products from multiple vendors, each item will be ready for pickup at its respective store.

Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely. We provide delivery for orders placed online. For orders with multiple vendors, each vendor will deliver their products separately to ensure timely and secure delivery.

How do I return an item?

Lotta offers a 14-day return policy in line with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Some items, like beauty products, undergarments, perishable goods, and personalized or digital products, are non-returnable.

Yes, you can place orders via phone. Our team will guide you through the process, including payment, pickup, or delivery instructions.
