Absolutely. We provide delivery for orders placed online. For orders with multiple vendors, each vendor will deliver their products separately to ensure timely and secure delivery.

How do I return an item?

Lotta offers a 14-day return policy in line with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Some items, like beauty products, undergarments, perishable goods, and personalized or digital products, are non-returnable.
