- Buyers agree to inspect products promptly and raise disputes within 7 days of receipt.
- Buyers must not attempt to circumvent the platform or initiate off-platform deals to avoid fees.
5. Orders, Payments, and Fees
- Transactions
- All transactions must be completed via the Lotta platform.
- Payment processing is managed through third-party payment gateways, and users must agree to their terms.
- Platform Fees
- Sellers are charged a transaction fee or commission as disclosed on the platform. Fees may vary based on category or region.

- Payouts
- Payouts to sellers are processed after order confirmation and successful delivery, subject to any holding periods or dispute resolution.
- Sellers must maintain accurate bank or wallet information to receive payments.
6. Shipping and Logistics
- Lotta may provide integrated shipping solutions. However, delivery timelines and performance are the responsibility of the shipping provider or the seller, as applicable.
- Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses and being available to receive deliveries.
7. Disputes and Refunds
- Dispute Resolution
- Lotta will act as a neutral mediator in case of disputes between buyers and sellers.
- All parties agree to provide supporting documents or evidence within the resolution window.
- Refunds and Returns
- Sellers may define their refund and return policies, which must be clearly mentioned in the listing.
- Lotta reserves the right to intervene in refund cases that violate platform policies or involve fraudulent behavior.
8. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (e.g., logos, text, design, code) is the property of Lotta and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any content without express written permission.
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Lotta a non-exclusive license to display and use such content on the platform.
