Order And Pick Up

At Lotta, we’ve made shopping more flexible by giving you the option to place an order online and collect it directly from the vendor’s location. When you check out, you can choose the Order & Pick Up option if it’s available for the items in your cart.

If your order includes products from different vendors, each item will be prepared separately, and you’ll be able to pick them up from the respective vendor stores. This helps you receive your items faster and ensures you’re collecting them straight from the source.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive details on when and where each item will be ready for pickup. Just follow the instructions provided, head to the vendor’s store, and show your order confirmation.
